Job description

We are seeking a tech-savvy and results-oriented Manager to lead our remote technology team in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our BPO platforms and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our systems cater to the evolving needs of our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Leadership:

    • Manage the BPO technology stack, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data security.

    • Provide strategic direction and roadmap for technology acquisition, deployment, and integration.

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for adoption and improvement.

    • Lead technology projects related to automation, process optimization, and platform enhancements.

  • Team Management:

    • Build and lead a high-performing team of remote IT professionals.

    • Delegate tasks effectively, provide ongoing coaching and development, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

    • Conduct performance reviews and set individual and team goals.

    • Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices.

  • Client-Centricity:

    • Collaborate closely with client service teams to understand their technology needs and challenges.

    • Develop and implement technology solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    • Track key performance indicators and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients across various time zones and locations.

    • Effectively document processes, policies, and technical specifications.

    • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with outstanding communication skills+

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within the BPO industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating remote teams.

  • Strong understanding of BPO technology platforms and solutions.

  • Excellent technical skills, including network administration, system configuration, troubleshooting, and basic scripting.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
