Job description
We are seeking a tech-savvy and results-oriented Manager to lead our remote technology team in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our BPO platforms and infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our systems cater to the evolving needs of our clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
Manage the BPO technology stack, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data security.
Provide strategic direction and roadmap for technology acquisition, deployment, and integration.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for adoption and improvement.
Lead technology projects related to automation, process optimization, and platform enhancements.
Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing team of remote IT professionals.
Delegate tasks effectively, provide ongoing coaching and development, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Conduct performance reviews and set individual and team goals.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices.
Client-Centricity:
Collaborate closely with client service teams to understand their technology needs and challenges.
Develop and implement technology solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Track key performance indicators and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients across various time zones and locations.
Effectively document processes, policies, and technical specifications.
Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with outstanding communication skills+
5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within the BPO industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating remote teams.
Strong understanding of BPO technology platforms and solutions.
Excellent technical skills, including network administration, system configuration, troubleshooting, and basic scripting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
